Voice Of The Enemy

🔥 Key Scriptures About the Voice of the Enemy

1. John 10:4–5 (Discernment)

"When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice."

Teaching point: Jesus teaches that His sheep (His followers) know His voice—and they flee from the stranger’s voice, which represents deception and the voice of the enemy.

2. Psalm 55:3 (Torment and Distraction)

“Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.” (KJV)

Teaching point: David expresses being tormented by the voice of the enemy—which speaks words of oppression, accusation, and fear.

3. Genesis 3:1 (Deception)

“Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, ‘Did God really say...?’”

Teaching point: The voice of the enemy often comes as a question, casting doubt on God’s truth, especially when we’re vulnerable.

4. 2 Corinthians 10:5 (Taking Thoughts Captive)

"Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;"

Teaching point: Many times, the enemy’s voice speaks through thoughts—but we have authority to take every thought captive through Christ.

5. Revelation 12:10 (Accusation)

“For the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.”

Teaching point: Satan is called the accuser—his voice brings guilt, shame, and condemnation—but Jesus brings truth, love, and restoration.

🙏 Prayer to Silence the Voice of the Enemy

“Father God, I reject and renounce every voice that is not from You. I silence the lies of the enemy through the blood of Jesus. I declare that I hear the voice of the Good Shepherd, and the voice of a stranger I will not follow. Every thought that exalts itself against Your truth, I bring into captivity now. I receive clarity, peace, and divine direction. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

BE STRONG IN THE LORD  🌸 Devotional Reflection: Seasons Do Change Scripture: “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1 Reflection: During my days of fear and doubt, I would take pictures of myself as a reminder that I am strong in Christ Jesus—and that nothing else matters. My home became my refuge, though it had little furniture and sometimes no food. On those days, I would call my son, and he would lovingly order me Chinese food or pizza. In those quiet, lonely moments, I learned that God’s presence was enough. Even in emptiness, He filled the room with peace. Even in lack, He showed His provision through the love of others. Today, my story reminds me to keep moving forward. No matter what season I’m in, I know this too shall pass. Seasons change, but God remains faithful. 🌤️ Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my strength in times of weakness. Teach me to see Your hand even in seasons of lack, and help me to wa...
